1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you request a callback: your name, phone number, whether you want to rent or buy, your language and your consents. We also store technical data: the time of the request, the page and ad that brought you to us (e.g. utm parameters, click IDs) and an encrypted (hashed) form of your IP address to prevent misuse.
3. Why we use your data
To call you back and help you find a condo (legal basis: your consent and steps you ask for before a contract). To measure which of our ads work – only with your cookie consent. To prevent misuse (legitimate interest).
4. Who receives your data
Fah and the Find with Fah team. A partner agent only if you ticked the partner box. Service providers that run our website and notifications (hosting, e-mail and messaging services); some of them process data outside Thailand. We never sell your data.
5. Cookies
Necessary storage only, so that the website works (e.g. your language and cookie choice). Advertising and measurement cookies (TikTok, Google/YouTube) only after you click "Accept". You can change this at any time under "Cookie settings".
6. How long we keep data
Until your request is completed, at the latest 12 months after your last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time – just write to hello@findwithfah.com or on WhatsApp. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
8. Changes
We update this policy when needed. The current version is always on this page.
